Dr. Antoine Adem is a medical doctor specializing in Heart and Vascular diseases. He has been a practitioner in the United States for more than 25 years. He returned to his home country Lebanon as he made a commitment to serve his Lebanese community in the midst of the exodus of medical doctors.

He holds American board certifications in the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins,
hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy and other
cardiovascular diseases, as well as pacemaker and defibrillator interrogation and insertion. He is
also a specialist in advanced cardiac imaging techniques.
He regularly performs tests such as heart echocardiography, arrhythmia monitoring, arteriogram, cardiac catheterization & angiography, duplex ultrasonography, electrocardiography, nuclear Imaging, ECG stress testing and other advanced imaging modalities.


He served thousands of Americans with a full service cardiology practice for over 25 years, allowing them to live healthier and longer lives. He has also held multiple positions in the United States such as the Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, Medical Director of Premier Heart and Vascular Specialists, and President at Midwest Cardiovascular Inc.
Dr. Antoine Adem is also the founder of the ACACF Charitable Foundation, which helps the needy in Lebanon get access to quality medical care and education. The foundation was granted the 501 (c) status by the administration of President Donald J. Trump in 2017. This foundation is what brings the most peace to his heart.

Dr. Adem launched the first private cardiology comprehensive center in eastern Missouri including non-invasive cardiovascular testing, a State-of the-Art Cardiac and Endovascular Catheterization Laboratory, and seven recovery bays, all under the same roof. This center was an ultimate solution to thousands of suffering Missourians.

Dr. Adem completed a fellowship (Chief Fellow) in cardiology at the University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics, where he earned the Quality Service Award and was appointed Clinical Instructor of Advanced Physical Diagnosis. He also competed an interventional cardiology preceptorship at Scottsdale Heart Group, Arizona.
He left to the United States and completed an internship followed by a two year residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics.
He trained in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Hotel Dieu de France University Hospital. That same year, he taught Anatomy and Physiology at St. Georges Nursing School in Ajaltoun, Lebanon and earned the Best Teacher Award.
Dr. Adem graduated as a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Saint Joseph University, Lebanon with honors “Residentiable” for his Excellence of Outstanding Performance.
